We took ownership of execution logistics and coordination while the client’s architects handled design specifications. We built our project plan around four critical priorities:
- Subcontractor coordination: We scheduled our work around concrete curing times, utility installations, and other subcontractors to avoid workflow bottlenecks that would delay the restaurant’s opening
- Public safety management: Our team continuously monitored pedestrian traffic patterns and adjusted material staging and equipment operation accordingly
- Noise mitigation: We scheduled loud operations during lower-traffic periods to minimize disruption to shoppers
- Drainage adaptation: We adjusted paver pitch to work within the constraints of the existing commercial infrastructure
What We Delivered
